Car Vehicle Tag

All students that drive a vehicle to school need to fill out a car window tag form. The student will need to provide make and model of the car, driver's license number, license plate number and insurance company provider. This information is not on the actual car window tag. The student will then be issued a numbered window tag. The forms are located in the high school office. Please remember to keep the information current.
